Basically I want to try and make life easier for you and your family. I want to take the guess work out of dinner. I want to allow you to spend more time with your family rather than stressing about who is going to stop at the store on the way home. 

Here's how it all works: 

Fill out the form below. This will give me an idea of what types of foods you love, hate, and want to try. I want to make this process an easy transition for you. 

Once received, I get to work! As soon as I receive your request I will get to work on formulating the perfect plan for you and/or your family. I try to get this done as quickly as possible, meaning no more than 24-48 hours after receiving your completed form. If you need it sooner, let me know and I'll make it happen! 

Payment is requested. No this is not a free service. I charge a small fee for my time and "expertise". I am not a health professional but I have a lot of self-taught experience cooking plant-based foods. I'm very familiar with ingredients unique to this diet. In addition, I was able to help lower my husband's cholesterol by 70 points in just one month by cooking delicious and nutrient dense foods. * The cost breakdown is as follows: 

3 day plan: $20

5 day plan: $25

7 day plan: $30

With your plan you also get to choose from a FREE breakfast, snack, or sweets plan as well! I also offer a free 15 minute phone consultation about all things fruits and veggies. 

Payment is received. Once I receive your payment (I use paypal for transactions but am open to other avenues as well), your personalized meal plan will be sent to you via email. Included will be your chosen number of meals and a full grocery shopping list for you to bring with you to the store. 

This process can be repeated weekly, monthly, bi-monthly--as often as you'd like! I can't wait to get started on your meal plan!
